Africa Re has a General Assembly, which holds an annual ordinary meeting within six months following the end of the financial year. The annual ordinary meeting of the General Assembly takes place at the Headquarters or in any member State of the Corporation. The 48th General Assembly was held in Abuja, Nigeria on 25 June 2026.
